KRAFTON India today launched the X-Suit Collection for BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI), the latest addition to the 4.5 season – headlined by three 7-Star X-Suits from the Druvaen bloodline. Live from August 1 to September 30, 2026, the collection introduces more than a new look for the Battlegrounds: it brings a first-of-its-kind upgrade path that players unlock through gameplay, not purchases.  For the first time in BGMI, part of an X-Suit’s evolution is placed directly in players’ hands – earned through the time they spend in matches, rather than through spending alone.  Three Suits, One Elemental Bloodline  At the centre of the collection is a new selection crate featuring three 7-Star X-Suits, each channelling a different elemental force of the Druvaen line:  Verdant Druvaen (7-Star)  Pyre Druvaen (7-Star) Frost Druvaen (7-Star) Distinct in identity but united by a single bloodline, the Druvaen X-Suits are designed to make every landing an entrance.  Earn Your Evolution: A New Way to Upgrade  Alongside the crate, BGMI introduces a new upgrade material that cannot be bought, traded, or farmed anywhere else in the game. It is unlocked purely through player engagement – the first time BGMI has tied an X-Suit’s progression directly to how much a player plays. Here’s how it works:  Players who unlock a single X-Suit are placed automatically onto the new upgrade path with that suit.  Players who unlock two or all three choose one suit for the new path. The choice is permanent, so it is worth making carefully.  The remaining suits are not left behind – they can still be enhanced through BGMI’s existing X-Suit upgrade system.  It is a deliberate design choice that turns ordinary matches into meaningful progress – and puts the outcome in the player’s control, earned rather than bought.  A Matching Finish: The Naturespirit Growth ACE32  Completing the drop is a new upgradable weapon skin, the Naturespirit Growth ACE32 (Level 7), which carries the Druvaen aesthetic onto the battlefield. Available through the same window as the X-Suit Collection, it gives players a way to complete the full Druvaen look – suit and weapon together.  Availability  The X-Suit Collection – including the Verdant, Pyre and Frost Druvaen 7-Star X-Suits, the new gameplay-based upgrade path, and the Naturespirit Growth ACE32 – will be available in BGMI from August 1 to September 30, 2026. Players can follow BGMI’s official YouTube, Instagram and Facebook channels for further details and rollout updates.  Thanks For Visiting Don’t Forget To Share  Article with Your Friends and Please Subscribe Our Push Notification to Get Notified When We Post A New Amazing Article. The 90-day programme brings together 150 student ambassadors from 17 IITs and 28 NITs, reinforcing BGMI’s evolution from a game into a community-driven platform shaped by student leaders across India  150 AMBASSADORS   |   17 IITs   |   28 NITs   |   90 DAYS   |   3 PHASES  BENGALURU, India – 28th July, 2026 – KRAFTON India today announced the launch of BGMI Campus MVP, a 90-day student leadership programme designed to build and nurture BGMI communities across India’s premier engineering institutions. Bringing together 150 student ambassadors from 17 IITs and 28 NITs, the initiative empowers students to become community leaders by organising tournaments, creating gaming content, hosting campus meet-ups and driving engagement among their peers.  Across three structured phases, ambassadors will:  Build and manage campus BGMI communities.  Organise regular in-game competitions and scrimmages.  Create campus-first gaming content.  Host offline gaming meet-ups.  Lead inter-department and inter-college competitions.  Represent their institutions in national campus rivalries.  Speaking on the development, Srinjoy Das, Director, Marketing and Product Management, KRAFTON India, said, “BGMI has evolved far beyond gameplay into a platform where players compete, create content, build friendships and form communities. Campus MVP is the next step in that journey. By empowering students to lead gaming communities within their campuses, we are creating spaces where players can connect, compete and collaborate, while shaping the future of gaming culture in India. We believe this programme will help shape the next generation of BGMI communities while bringing gaming closer to student life across India.” By combining online engagement with offline community experiences, Campus MVP creates a year-round ecosystem where students can connect through gaming beyond individual matches. The programme received over 16,000 applications from students across more than 5,000 institutions nationwide, from which 150 ambassadors were selected to form the inaugural cohort, with an additional 100 students shortlisted as a reserve pool. More than a selection process, Campus MVP identifies and empowers student leaders who will champion BGMI within their campuses by fostering active gaming communities, encouraging peer participation, and creating meaningful opportunities for students to connect through play.  Timelines:  Phase 1 (Foundation, 15 Jul – 14 Aug): Onboard players, run Classic Match sessions, and publish at least two in-game content reels.  Phase 2 (Expansion, 15 Aug – 14 Sep): Run Team Deathmatch (TDM) tournaments and organise one offline campus meet-up, growing their player cohort to 20.  Phase 3 (Championship, 15 Sep – 14 Oct): Lead an inter-department tournament and represent their campus in national inter-institute rivalry matches in October.  What Ambassadors and Players Get:   Ambassadors earn Rank Points (RP) for every completed task across the three phases, unlocking rewards at each tier – from welcome kits and food or e-commerce vouchers early on, to in-game UC, gaming gear such as trigger sets and premium headphones, and a Level 3 backpack at the highest ranks. The five best-performing ambassadors nationally reach Conqueror rank, with total rewards of up to INR 15,000. Players recruited by ambassadors compete for prizes too – food vouchers for Phase 1 Classic Match winners, premium vouchers for Phase 2 TDM and offline-activation winners, and BGMI merchandise hampers for Phase 3 inter-department rivalry winners.  Selected ambassadors have completed onboarding and orientation, and are now organising classic matches, campus content, and community-building activities as part of the program’s opening phase.  The program marks the latest step in KRAFTON India’s ongoing effort to build deeper, more personal connections with a new generation of players – following a year that has already seen BGMI mark five years in the country, expand its creator partnerships, and take its universe beyond the screen through live experiences such as HOT DROP.  The learnings and top performers from this first phase will further contribute to the scale-up of Campus MVP to a wider set of institutions in future phases.
