In April, Oppo updated 17 of its smartphones to stable ColorOS 7 build in China. The list included all the premium and mid-premium devices. Now, the company has shared an update timeline for its mid-range and budget smartphones. These handsets will be receiving the OTA by the end of May.
The below-listed models are the third batch of handsets to receive stable ColorOS 7 stable update in China.
For the unware, Oppo already has a new version of its mobile software called ColorOS 7.1. This incremental version is only available on the company’s latest flagship smartphones – Find X2 and Find X2 Pro as well as the newly launched Oppo Ace 2. The brand is yet to reveal which devices will get this update
ColorOS 7 was announced way back in November 2019 but only now the company is rolling out stable updates to its devices. The new software update, apart from bringing new features, also bumps up the underlying Android to version 10.
